These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Lagnagath CRM, a CRM service operated by Lagnagath Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service at https://mylagnagath.com, you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the data you store in it.
• You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• You must have the necessary rights/consent for any customer or lead data you upload or import.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis through our payment gateway, Razorpay.
• Plan limits (such as team members and active leads) apply as described on the Pricing page.
• On expiry or cancellation, your account moves to the Free plan; your data is retained, but plan-limited features are restricted until you renew.
• Prices may change with prior notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.

Intellectual property

The software, design, and content of Lagnagath CRM are owned by Lagnagath Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. Your business data remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding month.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. We will give reasonable notice where practical.
